About the Products

All of my hand-sewn products are made of good quality of fabrics. I make unique items so they are not exatctly alike. Of course, if it is necessary to make identical items then I shall endeavor to do so. Colour shade differences can be seen in the photos.

Payment

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer. After ordering you will receive an email in which I will give you my bank account. After that please transfer the amount to my bank account. Please note that items will not be delivered until your transfer.

Prices

Prices are given on the basis of cost at the time of publishing. Prices can be amended at any time to reflect any changes that have occurred.

Delivering

Please give me your name and address where to send your package. Your  personal details will not be passed on to a third party.

Returns

Please check your order when it arrives, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and return the product within 8 days, in it original condition for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price.

The postage charge is only refundable if the product is faulty.

Please note that the item is your responsibility until I have received it back.  Therefore please retain the proof of postage.

Claims of damaged items, or shipment errors must be made within 8 days of receipt of an item.

Guarantee

Any product sold by me that was broken through normal use within 1 year of purchase will be repaired at no charge.
